Welcome to Doorkeeper Movers. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our professional shifting services.

1. Booking and Quotation

• Quotations provided via our Cost Calculator are estimates based on the details provided by the user. The final price may vary after a physical inspection of the goods.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after a formal confirmation from our team and the payment of a booking token (if applicable).

2. Payment Terms

• Full payment must be cleared at the time of loading or as per the agreement before the final delivery.
• Payments can be made via Cash, UPI, or Bank Transfer.
• The Flat 20% Discount is applicable only on professional labor and packing charges, not on government taxes (GST) or insurance.

3. Restricted Items

Doorkeeper Movers will not transport the following items for safety and legal reasons:

• Flammable liquids, Gas cylinders, and Crackers.
• Jewelry, Cash, and extremely high-value personal documents.
• Perishable food items or Big Plants (unless specially requested).

4. Insurance and Damages

• We recommend taking Transit Insurance for all long-distance moves.
• In case of any damage, it must be reported at the time of unloading. Claims made after the team has left the site will not be entertained.
• Doorkeeper Movers is not liable for internal electronic failures or damages to items packed by the customer themselves.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the shifting date are free of charge.
• For last-minute cancellations, a nominal fee may be deducted from the booking amount.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
